Also the following should be needed:- hand lotion, nail file, nail clipper, cuticle remover, foot-scrub, toe separator ( if you can't apply nail polish perfectly), towel and two other optional items would be nail polish and polish remover.

In this posts i'll give you a easy pedicure procedure. Leave your feet approximately 15-20 minutes soaked in water until cuticles soften. This procedure will also calm you down and release stress. Second step would involve using the footscrub which scrubs away dry, flaky skin. Do this for 3-4 mins then scrub under foot with the file. You will see the dead skin falling off which is very good because we don't need that anymore. Wash feet afterwards. Gently rub the cuticle remover of nails on your hands and feet. Use a beauty tool to remove cuticles safely without bleeding. Wash and dry off feet. You can now file, shape and apply nail-polish to suit your likeness.

Riri and Chris had their time to shine but it's about that time to move over and make way for Kanye and Amber. Everyone is so obsessed with this blonde, bald headed beauty because she is very chic and stylish. She got this unique look about her that has everyone talking. Kanye is also edgy and all his looks are pretty tight. Both Kanye and Amber has this in your face attitude which just suits each other perfectly. This is just a well matched couple because they do got style.

The thing that most people like about this couple is the fact that they are not afraid to break fashion boundaries by wearing the best of the best. Amber's signature look from the beginning was the designer shades and we must admit THEY ARE FAB. Kanye and Amber got great chemistry and we are all looking forward to see what they'll surprise us with next.

The 2009 Emmy Awards was filled with Hollywood's most beautiful men and women. Some celebs wore elegant/extravagant pieces but some just didn't quite get it. These were the worst dressed individuals who just created fashion disasters on the red carpet.

Sarah Silverman topped the list of the worst dressed person to hit the 2009 Emmy Awards. What a horrific 1980's prom dress she wore.......Just ridiculous. The dress was too big which makes her look heavier than she actually is. I wonder if she looked in a mirror before attending the awards..........NA!!!!!

OK we've seen enough Padma Lakshmi......Go Hide or Something. This dress is very unflattering with a big bulge of flowers. I gotta say her hair is looking fabulous and skin is glowing but that dress is a NO NO....who the hell she was trying to impress with that JUNK.

Way too much material. Mila Kunis is such a cute girl but that dress by Monique Lhuillier was just plain wrong. Why the hell would she show up wearing this ugly mauve layered crap. We gotta admit the bronze Ferragamo Python pumps are extremely gorge but that dress just didn't do it for most of us.

Ok we gotta leave the trash for last. We get that Victoria Rowell is still excited about Obama being the first black President and all but don't express your happiness by wearing a towel with his face all over it. Come On Now. This just doesn't belong on the red carpet and you should be ashamed not smiling for pictures. Try Harder Next Time.

What the hell is up with this? Early halloween special there and September isn't even over. The make-up is also horrible......needs to throw up SORRY.

So.............how about changing up that old look of yours and adding spice to it. There are many different ways to change up your look.....maybe a new fashion genre or a new hairstyle but you gotta know what you'll be happy with.....without making yourself look like a complete jackass of-course. Feeling comfortable is the most important factor here. I'll point out a few ways to look absolutely gorgeous when switching your look.

Most people are not too conscious about changing their hair-do but this actually gives you confidence. You may decide to get a weave or color or maybe a haircut. Whatever you decide at that time, make sure it's professionally done. Choose styles that would be best for your face. Rihanna, 'The hair trend setter' really went from a good girl to a bad one after changing the long waves to a more rocka fab short hair cut.

2.Purge Your Wardrobe!
 Simply get rid of those last season jeans and start shopping for this seasons' clothing. Define your look by making a signature for yourself. You may be more interested in the girly glam look or may like the more darker rocker chic look. Hot accessories will also allow you to feel and look wonderful. Try It.

3. Make Up Mayhem!
Because we have different skin types, classifying individuals in one group doesn't really make sense or it'll be difficult to comprehend. Women with oily skin should find makeup that will give you a fresh look and gives you an amazing shine. Normal skin individuals would find it easier to locate a foundation for their skin at any pharmacy. However, you should always purchase face powders which are not tested on animals such as Almay or Victoria Secret.

Lip glosses or sticks should also enhance your beauty. Never buy over the top colors such as neon bright shades that will look ridiculous. Should purchase brands which conditions the lips also containing Vitamin E.

A little eyeshadow is not bad at all. Create looks that will add flavor to your outfit. Studying the correct way to apply eyeshadow is always a plus. Whatever you do, make sure you look flawless and fresh.

There are various ways to manage your eyebrows. Plucking, shaving or waxing are perfect examples but if any of these practices doesn't work for you, penciling it on is always ideal. Why the f@#k Mrs. Hudson don't wear girdles cause we are fed up seeing that extra fat..... COME ON!!!! You should look your best most of the time not showing what should be hidden. Girdles may be uncomfortable and hot but it still enhances the female form and you need to get one......NO SORRY MAYBE THREE!!!!!

Simmons Sisters Defines Swag.

Vanessa and Angela Simmons are the daughters of Joseph Simmons a.k.a. Rev Run. They were in the reality tv show 'Run's House' where we were first introduced to them. Both are the owners of Pastry which has been a success over the years of it's opening. We have all been drawn to these young fashionable women because we gotta admit 'They Can Dress'. Vanessa's style can be described as classic chic with an edgy twist, while Angela's style is more complicated as she loves to mix and match. Vanessa loves wearing comfortable clothing in order to feel free and would allow her to move around with no ease. On the other hand, Angela is more dramatic in her look in the sense that she is not afraid to change up her wardrobe by putting different pieces together. Both girls love designer bags but Angela prefers the bigger, bold Louis Vuitton's on her arm.

QUESTION: Which Simmons sister look would you rock? The sophisticated Angela or classy Vanessa!!!!!! I love them both but prefers to experiment like Angela because of the frenzy she causes.

We just cant get enough of AMBER. She's sexy, cute and got a lot of fashion sense. Her waxed off body is very toned and she looks delicious. Amber can turn a straight girl into a lesbian and a gay guy straight because she's just beautiful and that smile can brighten a room any day. She incorporates a lot of different colors and textures in her wardrobe pieces. HOW AMAZING!!!! She's by far the trend setter of this season. Whether she's wearing a distressed jeans or a simple dress, Amber always draws the attention in the room. Sexy Knee High Boots

Knee High Boots are great for cold weather and may cover lower leg flaws. These boots are very chic and stylish. However, when wearing these tall boots, you must be very careful about the clothes that will compliment them best. Lets just say a knee high boots will look ridiculous with a long summer dress for example. Best advice would be wearing a short skirt, dress or pants that will show the full lengths of these boots. Always portray a sexy appeal when wearing them because one slip can cause a malfunction of the entire look for the day. Hayden Panitieere and Rihanna are showing different looks on how well a knee high boots can be worn. Both celebs are looking very sophisticated also.

OMG.......VMA'S 2009 was loaded with creative pieces from Lady Gaga to Amber Rose. These women always seem to draw attention wherever they go but who rocked the fashion best. Well we gotta give kudus to Katy Perry. The bitch was looking awesome wearing a cute, fitted shiny dress with spikes. Mrs Perry didn't go for a boring look but instead took a punk rocker version. She coped the best dressed title in my book. Hello, did you see those stilettos on Leighton Meester's feet..............super hotttttttttttttt. Those rocked with that tiny dress. I would say she looked fabulous and caught my vote for second best dressed. But you wondering, who would take the third best dress title..............well definitely Bey of course. That red ruffled dress looked great on her and that body was banging. So these three get a star from me.
