Video Vixens Body....We All Want It.


Most women throughout their lives have dreamt of having thick sexy legs, supple buttocks and a flat stomach but only a few are actually blessed with it. Curvy is seen as more preferred to than skinny because it just looks right. There are numerous ways to get the perfect body but because of the celebrity surgery curse, people opt to getting that desired look from hard work to go under the knife. This is very expensive and the gym is the second best alternative for this goal. Working out is seen as stressful and painful but with the right diet and dedication, you will look great in no time. Pills are a no-no because of the side effects but drinking shakes that allows you to increase in size is very safe just choose a desired flavor and mix with water or milk.




 Sometimes though, we are not to get confused with all the photo-shopped material that are required to make the model look more appealing to viewers. I'm going to give a guide on exercises that you can try at home if a gym is to overwhelming for you at this time in your life. Trust me you will see results in three months but in order to get where you want to be, you have to continue these basic routines and it'll make you feel better.

1. The basic squat


This is the simplest way to boost that butt and using weights while doing them is even better. Squats hurt a lot I wont lie but you will get accustomed to the pain in no time. It also helps with the shape of your legs. I will also recommend that you do 4 sets of 20 of these every week. Remember your feet has to rest so this will only be done once a week. Always have a proper form when doing this exercise because you want the perfect butt that you always wanted.

2. Lunges

This is another basic exercise to shape your legs. Step forward, go into a lunge and keep your knee over your ankle. I hate this exercise but I still do it. I would recommend 4 sets of alternating lunges a week. When you have achieved the basic steps in lunges, you can then move on to side and backward lunges.

3. The flat stomach

This is the most difficult body area to keep in check. Many foods such as pizza, fry chicken and Chinese can allow your stomach area to increase drastically because of all the oils and seasonings placed in these foods. In order to keep it down "Stay Away From Them". However, exercises to keep your stomach looking sexy are sit-ups, reverse crunches, hyper extensions and vertical leg crunches. When it hurts then it's working.
